I was used to traveling undercover for assassin jobs that Manticore assigned me. It was easy enough for me to blend in once I escaped. A few nights later, I had lied my way into a chic party at the house of one of the richest men in Seattle. I had planned to slip in, Oliver Twist myself a few jewels to hock, and check out any safes that might be tucked away. As I was heading up the stairs, some suit bumped into me, spilling champagne all over this shimmering silver number I had taken from some fake bottle blonde who was currently unconscious and bound in the pool house, The suit introduced himself as Caleb Cadwell, like the name alone should impress me. It wasn't until the next morning, when I woke up tangled in his silk, black sheets that I figured out he was a FBI agent. Oops. No matter how hard I tried to ditch the guy, he wouldn't leave me alone. He was in "wuv". At first, it was sickening. I had never been a flowers and candy sort of girl. Complementary of Manticore I suppose. But I didn't have anywhere else to go anyway and he kept buying me things....Somewhere along the way I may have let myself fall into the sync of things. Stupid girl. Now I'm on my way out to Terminal City. Back to my own kind.
